Dominique was lovely to work with throughout the process of touring and leasing. Made the whole process very easy , simple , and clear. Apartment was very clean and just as advertised when I moved in and I am so happy to be able to call Hurston home :)

Moved here from Houston, Texas last July. We've lived in apartments in San Diego, Longbeach, Atlanta, Amarillo, Houston and Ft. Worth thru the years and not once did we experience a front office and maintence staff that really cared about the people living here like the staff here does. The couple of times we had a minor problem the front office sends maintenence personel to deal with the problem usually the same day. The 2 maintenence guys are in and out quickly and are extremly friendly and helpful. For the first time we're actually looking forward to signing another lease to extend our stay. We're both in our 70's and we love calling this " home".

Dominque turned my rental experience from a nightmare to a delightful landing. After so many uneasy encounters with other rental properties, her attentiveness, professionalism, and enthusiasm made it all worth the while. This five star experience has made me find my forever home and finally put my mind at ease.

A cozy complex! Excellent location in relation to roads and shops. It has everything you need for a comfortable life! Most importantly, the staff at the management office are wonderful! They are amazing girls, always ready to help! They will always solve all your problems! Everything is done here for your comfort!

We loved meeting Mayra and touring this beautiful property! Mayra was so helpful in answering all of our questions. i'm highly sensitive to mold so when i asked what procedure the property goes through to make sure mold doesn't accumulate in the apartment and if it does, how they will handle it, i was very satisfied with her response! They hold high standards to care for these things! The apartments are spacious and well built! Thank you Mayra!

Welcome home friend!!! This is your sign to move here and no place else. This apartment complex has exceptional staff who does everything to ensure your move in is flawless. The apartments are exactly what is advertised online and the amenities are top notch. The grounds are well maintained and the lounge area reminds me of a 5 star hotel. Mayra took great care of me and I am extremely grateful. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Mayra is the best they are really lucky to have her honestly she so sweet and help my move in process be so easy.

After touring many places my wife and I were blown away by how nice the Hurston Apartments were. They're brand new, spotless, and full of really awesome Amenities. Our personal favorite was the dog park and pet treadmill. Our tour with Dominique was great and she was both welcoming and informational. It didn't take us until we got into our car to know we wanted to live here.

There is so much I could say about this place, but this review is on the cleanliness of my apartment on move in day. The maintenance guy, David, was apparently the person who did the cleaning of apartments for move in. He did an amazing job. I usually leave an apartment cleaner on move out than it was on move in, however I don't think that will be possible this time. Not only is he very nice, but he also takes care of any problems very quickly! The apartment complex is very well maintained, very clean and quiet! The entire staff here is amazing. You couldn't ask for a better place to live.

The community is beautiful! I really enjoyed touring and look forward to moving into this neighborhood. The staff is amazing, they are all nice and made me feel right at home,, especially Anjè! 5 stars all around! ??

I have to say that I'm beyond excited to call this gorgeous place home!!! The location is amazing, the layout is perfect and my kitchen is breathtaking! And on top of it all the office staff is the best. Dominique made me feel so comfortable and just went above and beyond to explain everything I needed to know and more about the property and process! Anje was so incredible when I had met her a few weeks ago. I had been so stressed with negative tours from other locations all day and she completely turned that around for me when I came to tour here. She was so sweet and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What a great employee you all have working at Hurston!!

I moved into Hurston Apartments on August 1st, 2024! I absolutely love living here! My apartment is beautiful! The office staff is so friendly and helpful! They made me feel welcome right from the beginning! The maintenance guy, David Smith is very nice, he takes care of any problem very quickly! The apartment complex is very well maintained, very clean and quiet!

So far have had an exceptional experience! From viewing the apartment in June or July, to now living here; I'm really happy with my decision to call The Hurston home. My apartment is beautiful and quiet. The saltwater pool is a dream! The grill is clean and easy to use, and my kids love the simulation room! Dominique was wonderful through the entire leasing process. Mayra and Anje have been equally as helpful! I've even had an opportunity to put David, the maintenance manager, to the test with a small work order request; and he was very quick and communicative in getting it resolved.

I had the pleasure of getting a tour by Anje a couple weeks ago! She did amazing! She answered all of my questions with ease and greeted me with a friendly face. She made the process so comfortable and informative. I recommend asking for Anje if you're looking at the Hurston Apartments! She won't disappoint!

David is an amazing maintenence man!!!!!! He goes above and beyond every single day with a smile on his face.. he always makes time no matter what he is doing to talk to you about what's going on in the property and things that are being done.. I've never lived somewhere where there is so much customer service! Much respect for him! He makes this property a wonderful place to live

Dominique was amazing today. As soon as I walked in she welcomed me with a great smile and positive attitude. The tour and the amenities were awesome. My kids came back later to see the apartments and Dominique was just as amazing with them when showing them around.They fell in love with the game room. I was having technical issues at home with filling out the paperwork and Dominique stopped what she was doing and helped me fill out the forms. Great experience today!

The staff have been so helpful! Myra & Anne are very knowledgeable and deliver compassion in their expertise for our community. From day 1, the customer service has been very warm and friendly. I have taken the time out to do check-ins after my tour. It already feels like home from Day 1; I can't ask for a better and warm atmosphere, knowing I'll be taken care of when something is needed. I'm excited about my new place called home. Thank you ladies!
